Hello, and thank you for checking out Wicked Metal Review! This is truly a passion project of mine. I've written many reviews in the past and ran a number of blogs, all of which I've foolishly taken down feeling they were not living up to the standard I wanted them to be at. That's one of the reasons I started this project.

The other reason is for my love of everything metal, with a main point on the underground. I find that most of the nastiest, rawest and just plain and simply best metal bands are usually either on independent record labels or entirely self producing. This can be a challenge sometimes to find those gems as the main labels tend to jam their bands on every news feed out there, but I hope to give a platform where metalfans can find new music to love from the small guys as much as the bigger bands, too.
